  I can not recommend using this shop, absolutely disgusted at service I have just received while being in the store today with my 11 year old son. I brought 2 traxxas batteries back, having bought the a couple months ago, for advice as one had ballooned I was met with excessive aggressive behaviour and accused of mistreating the product. Further to this the proprietor was using aggressive swear words while son my eleven year old son was in there shop scared. We take pride in looking after our cars and were not looking for a freebie but advise. We ended up leaving with him shouting at us on the street and slamming the door followed by more shouting that we could hear as we got into our car. This escalated quickly from where and can not understand why it happened. Having had a brilliant online service from modelsport and wheelspinmodels with excellent technical service when I have rung up regarding technical issues I would highly recommend using their service and expertise. It is a such a shame as I am an avid local shopper and we were very excited about the garage and told many friends about the store. However I will now be warning them to keep their children away. Also bewary of the times he states the shop is open as we have been over numerous times and he is closed.
