  There aren't a string of adjectives strong enough to define the level of service this pharmacy and it's associated surgery have given me and, I’m sure, others. It has so far taken four attempts over five days to try to get a single prescription completed from this pharmacy, which is still incorrect. I went in on the first day (a Monday) to get a series of medication collected and updated on my personal repeat prescription. I was given some of the medication and told to come back the next day for the remainder, which I had no problem with. I did however have an issue with the fact that the pharmacist had given me the wrong medication for my prescription, despite physically showing me the correct medication while in the pharmacy. In this instant the pharmacist must have shown me one thing, having already put something completely different in my bag of meds. The next day I went to get the remainder of my awaiting prescription and sort out the mess of the day before, but as the queue for the pharmacy was out the door and along the path, I decided to come another time. For my third instalment, we appeared to get most of the issue sorted out, however I then had to wait another day because the prescription had to change due to being given the wrong things. Finally on Friday I came in to sort the rest of this mess out. In the pharmacy, were 8 other people waiting (not queuing to be served, but waiting for the pharmacist to “sign off” on their prescriptions; one of which had been waiting for nearly an hour and a half in the pharmacy for heart medication). After a lot of waiting, they finally came back to say that it hadn’t been done but if I’d like to hold on, I could join the other people in the room, waiting for the pharmacist. Eventually I got my prescription, only to find out one of the most important things requested had not been included. It has also somehow been taken off of my repeat prescription in the process, meaning I now can’t even order it. If you are reading this and were considering joining this pharmacy/surgery, I’d sooner recommend seeing a vet.
