  Bought wetsuits in a couple of sizes for my kids with chip and pin last year - when returning the sizes that didn't fit I was told they couldn't refund me as no signature on the back of the card (was a new card - I'd forgotten to sign) as on hols I couldn't get a new card and the manager suggested I'd be potentially committing fraud to sign it in the shop ?? He got pretty angry with me in front of lots of customers almost shouting to everyone I was asking him to break the law in giving me a refund - on the same card I'd paid with ! It was a very unpleasant experience - I won't be shopping there again !
